Go to the windows tab in the top right hand corner, clilck on “New” and select “New blog post”

On the top row, above the line, write in the title of your blog post and below the line enter the content of your blog post.

Format the the content of your blog.

The benefit of using Word to enter blogs is that u can use the Word formatting tools. You can spell check, format the text and insert tables, charts and SmarArt into your blogs.

When your blog is ready to publish, select “Publish” on the blog toolbar, and then select “Publish” from the drop down menu.

A box will appear in the middle of your page. Select “register an account” then choose your blog provider from the drop down menu (mine would be wordpress), then fill in the necessary fields. Press “OK” when finished and your post will be published in your blog.
